They work in close collaboration with various operation resources, application owners, business owners and other organizations to develop and implement solutions that permanently eradicate incident root causes.
• Application enhancement: 3rd level resources work with project teams and product owners to assess, evaluate and sign off new applications or application changes for release to the production environment.
• Documentation and training: Maintain application and support related documentation and provide technical and functional trainings to other operations teams.
