Candidate should have experience working simultaneously across multiple projects on a large scale ERP programme. They should display thought-leadership, a pro-active nature and a can-do attitude. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, and they must display an ability to work with senior business representatives as well as leads from the architectural and technological domains.

Proven experience in leading and participating in requirement gathering sessions is of paramount importance, as are the candidate's written skills. They should be able to demonstrate flexibility and an adaptable approach to working, as the role is varied and requires an ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests from the client. Because of the breadth of scope of the programme, the candidate needs to be a quick learner, and should have demonstrated a prior ability to adapt their knowledge base to incorporate new areas in relatively quick timescales. Experience in business process modeling and evidence of previous involvement in working on transition plans/architectural roadmaps will also be considered a significant factor of suitability.

The candidate will be required to lead in producing estimates for new projects, based on analysis of draft business proposals. They will also participate in the production and shaping of work pack definitions/statements of work.

Aside from the above skillset, the candidate should have knowledge in at least some of the following:

Automate the flow of billing for supply chain

Aim is to have less people doing the data entry on the Peoplesoft system

There are some manipulations done for the data coming from order management system to the billing system which needs to be analyzed.

Provide recommendation - Interface OMS-order management system to the billing system

Current Peoplesoft system is setup to accommodate the manual setup

The way we are processing the inputs to the receivables and invoices will be different for customers(total 30)

Supply chain has total of 30 customers today.

Take recommendation from the consultant and have the better picture of the Invoices for customers

No of customers are growing.


Resource should be able to:

- understands how billing interface can be catered in ppl soft systems

- translate this existing variation in the billing module.

- talk to the users and understand the current system/process, recommend automation changes


Deliverable:

- Report / Presentation with the recommendations for automation/ loop holes in the current process.

- Recommend the change in the current system and mention how to automate the processes/ remove manual intervention
