Incident Management: complex issues, requiring very deep technical and business mastery, are escalated to the 3rd level resources for investigation and resolution. They are seen as the ultimate support resources.
Problem Management: 3rd level resources are spending significant time in identifying root causes of incidents and in providing permanent fixes to avoid similar incidents to re-occur. They work in close collaboration with various operation resources, application owners, business owners and other organizations to develop and implement solutions that permanently eradicate incident root causes.
Application enhancement: 3rd level resources work with project teams and product owners to assess, evaluate and sign off new applications or application changes for release to the production environment.
Documentation and training: Maintain application and support related documentation and provide technical and functional trainings to other operations teams.

SAP ISU Functional Consultant needed in Belfast, IE

4-5 years of SAP Functional experience with minimum 1 implementation experience on SAP ISU Industry.
  • Should have good domain knowledge of De-regulated markets in area like Gas and Electricity
  • Should have at least 2 full life cycle experiences in IS-U IDE Module with at least one Implementation preferably in ECC 6.0.
  • Extensive IS-U IDE Functional consulting experience including Industry processes like Customer switching (Acquisitions and Withdrawal), service notifications, Move-in and Move-out with knowledge of Industry Data Exchange component.
  • Strong knowledge of Switch Document, Monitoring, EMMA case management, Datex and IDOC processing etc is must.

  • Should be aware of touch point’s with other modules like Billing/Metering
