Proven experience in leading and participating in requirement gathering sessions is of paramount importance, as are the candidate's written skills. They should be able to demonstrate flexibility and an adaptable approach to working, as the role is varied and requires an ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests from the client. Because of the breadth of scope of the programme, the candidate needs to be a quick learner, and should have demonstrated a prior ability to adapt their knowledge base to incorporate new areas in relatively quick timescales. Experience in business process modeling and evidence of previous involvement in working on transition plans/architectural roadmaps will also be considered a significant factor of suitability.
