Job Type: Test Manager / Test Line Manager: (Min of 10 + yrs Experience)

Skills & Description:
- Evaluates, maintains and improves Testing roles and responsibilities within the product development life-cycle
- Manages team compliance with existing measures for reporting testing efforts.
- Test plan development, test design, test execution
- Co-ordinate all testing tasks within team
- Strong QA and Testing industry knowledge
- In depth software quality assurance experience including proven management, supervisory, or leadership experience
- The ability to work to agreed deadlines
- Experience of coordinating people to complete tasks
- Experience working within a matrix-style structure
- Good communication skills
- Good customer facing skills
- Experienced in Testing phases such as System Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
- Should Involved in Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and Project closure
- Exposure in handling Onsite and Offshore model assignments

Role: Performance Tester

Job Type: Permanent (Full Time)

Skills & Description:
In general experienced (> 4 years) Performance tester
• More years experience with Load runner
• Configuring load runner
• Creating test scripts for load runner
• Executing test scripts with load runner

Position# 3
Role: Automated Tester

Job type: Permanent (Full Time)

Skills & Description:
• In general experienced (> 4 years) Automated tester
• Experience with Watir and Ruby (or at least capable of learning to understand new automated test tool and scripting language in short time)
• Experience with QTP and scripting in general
• Creating test scripts for Watir and QTP based on functional test scripts
• Execution automated test set

Position#4
Role: Agile Tester

Job Type: Permanent (Full Time)

Skills & Description:
• In general more years experience working in Agile test teams (> 3 years)
• Certified functional tester (TMAP. ISTQB)
• Specifying test scripts
• Execution test scripts manually
• Reporting and defect management
