- 8-10 years of Siebel CRM experience with specific experience around DMI (Data Migration and Integration)
- Strong planning, communication and presentation skills
- DMI team leading experience in Siebel projects with 5-10 team members
- EIM and EAI experience
- Experience with Siebel Marketing and Loyalty
- Multi-country implementation experience
- Lead under pressure
- Retail industry implementation is preferred
