Skills Required
• Oracle CRM OnDemand (Mandatory)
• Oracle Siebel CRM (Optional)

Experience
• Atleast 2 years Oracle CRM OnDemand implementation experience
• Atleast 5-7 years of CRM product implementation (Oracle Siebel, SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics etc)
• Atleast 5 years of experience in Financial Services or Insurance industry
• Atleast 3-4 years of Solution Design/Architecture skills

Description:
• Overall 8-10 years of IT services experience in Financial Services or Insurance industry is must.
• At least 3-4 years of Solution Design/Architecture skills is must.
• Excellent experience in Oracle CRM OnDemand implementation is must.
• Hands on experience in CRM product implementation (Oracle Siebel, SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics etc) is must.
• Ability to produce quality design solutions that address the needs of the business is must.
• Able to recognize technical implications of any proposed business solution and have an understanding of technical solution options.
• Ensure appropriate work products and deliverables are produced within defined timescales.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end project lifecycle and appreciation of QMS delivery methodology.
• Change management experience along with design and consult on end-to-end Business Change/IT solutions on behalf of Strategy and Architecture within the Programme/Project is must.
• Gap analysis and future state modeling of technical business capability.
• Identifying and engaging appropriate resources in delivery of the solution, whether internal or external suppliers.
• Ability to deliver tactically whilst retaining a view on the strategic aims of the programme.
• Industry best practice in existing and emerging technologies.
• Possibly, some commercial management of third parties.
• Customer Profiling/Segmentation.
• Data Mining/Analytics
• Existing Customer Management/Retailing
• Identify and document requirements
• Manage client relationships
• Facilitate discussions
• Negotiate and build consensus
• Model data and processes
• Plan and manage activities
• Convert requirements to high level design
• Understanding and appreciation of architecture and technical platforms and design solutions.
• Proven ability to deliver solutions for programme/project/s balancing time, cost and quality.
• Knowledge of the Configuration Management process and its application.
• Understand the strategic drivers and supporting benefits case for the individual project/programme being worked on and challenge when these are not being met.
• Understand other significant change programmes and determine if business benefits can be realized through change synergies
• Campaign Management: Analysis of the data flow of existing customer marketing campaigns from identification through to fulfillment, determine gaps in capability and propose feasible SOLUTION options on both a tactical and strategic dimension.
