Need PMO Analyst / Planner in Watford, UK

Role: PMO Planner / Project Planner

Location: Watford
Job Type: Permanent

Skills & Experience:
• Track progress of all End Market deployment and migration projects, monitor progress and co-ordinate delivery dates
• Engage with customer in demand management, onboarding and scheduled, warranty and project closure/handover coordination
• Maintain financial controls and systems for recording, monitoring, forecasting and budgeting of all project expenditure.
• Fully support projects including administration, organisation of project meetings and minutes
• Organise and facilitate closure of project and complete all formalities at the end of the project
• Responsible for tracking performance against Programme KPIs, CSAT metric, to ensure there are no delays of orders of infrastructure and completion of prerequisites for critical work-streams
• Maintain existing departmental and Project Office policies and procedures
• Continue to update and improve project methodologies, maintain
• Produce all scheduled performance reports and monthly Project Status reports
• Support all Project and Programme Managers with day to day running of project management and control tasks
• Review, collate, maintain and highlight changes to project plans
• Support communications within the project and other stakeholders.

Minimum of 6 years of project management support and PMO operational experience; CPG sector experience preferred.
Experience in the utilization of a structured project management methodology and a minimum two years of supervising staff in a project management or business analysis role.
Prince 2 and ITIL qualified.
The role requires strong financial management and administrative skills, expert knowledge of MS Project and strong attention to detail.
