Skills & Description:
Manage the SAP change process between the company and outsourced service provider
- Liaise with all those who are stake-holders in a change to ensure that it is a) required and b) delivered cost effectively
- Ensure that all changes (including those within on-going projects) are safely and efficiently executed without detriment to any needed Validation or JSOXs requirements.
- Ensure that changes are needed and satisfy business requirement
- Working with the Testing and Validation Manager to ensure rigorous compliance with testing criteria.
- Deputise for SAP Incident and Problem Manager
- Experience of working in a SAP functional support environment 1-2 yrs
- Experience of Change Management in an ITIL environment 2-5 yrs
- Preferably, experienced in dealing with an outsourced SAP service
- Able to deal with multiple, small, projects across Europe to meet planned deadlines
- Good administration capabilities
