Sr. Technical Recruiter needed in Germany

Role: Technical Recruiter

Location: Germany
Duration: 6 months

Role Description:
• Good communication skill in English is a must. Fluency in German – written and spoken.
• Desired candidate should have done volume hiring for Technology and Sales hiring
• Familiarity with key IT skills would be Application development, Infra hiring and Package implementation
- SAP, CRM, etc.
- Sales hiring
- Should have sourced and recruited Senior Sales managers for IT services across industry segments like Retail, Telecom, BFSI, MFG, etc.
• Ability to present a staffing plan to the stake holders for large scale hiring on the IT side.
• Most importantly she/he should have worked in an in house recruitment team rather than work for a staffing agency.
• Build and develop sourcing channels
– high cost (agency network for perm and contract hiring) as well as low cost options(online portals, blogs, forums, etc)
- Stake holder management along with experience in working with international teams is important for this role.
• Cultural alignment is key as the position interfaces with internal teams from various GEO’s
• Should have worked on workflow recruitment systems.
• Should be an implementer rather than a team manager.
• Elements of Individual contribution for this role would be high.
• Preferably someone who has been a part of a large European team and has reported to managers remotely.
